Default coolant system problems

Ok where to start? First off I'm new here and want to thank in advance for any help I receive. Here we go. It started with the rad hose bursting. Lost all fluid. Changed the hose. Now there is no heat in the cab and the truck stays at 195 degrees at idle and when driving through the city it raise alittle but go back down. On the highway it'll go up to about 230 when on the gas but go back down when I let off the gas. So here's what's been done so far. I installed a new water pump about four months ago. A new thermostat a couple days ago thinking it might be the problem. Opened up both bleeders and have coolant in both. Fan does run. Serpentine belt is tight. And a new rad cap as of today. No water in oil or oil in water. I opened the lines to the heater core and one line was completely full the other had some air but when tilted coolant came out so that lead me to believe it was just a small air bubble. Filled as best I could and closed the line back up. Ran the truck to temp with rad cap open and when the therm opened up it just raises the level and spills out. There is some bubbles the come out but not enough to bring down the level to add more. I'm lost. Idk what else to look at or where to go from here.

what year is your rango, what engine? possibly a clogged / partially clogged radiator. use an infra red thermometer on the front of the radiator when the engine is warmed up, it should go hottest near the inlet hose (top hose), and gradually cooler as you get to the return line (bottom hose). as for the cab heat, have you flushed the heater core?

Blower still runs out all the vents. This is probably the most baffeling thing I've came across since I bought this 5 years ago.
