Polished turd?
Electric is the route to go for sure. It’s a noticeable difference for sure when I removed my fan clutch and just ran the OEM electric fan instead.
Maybe try a hair dryer or very low heat gun setting on that silly stuff to loosen up??

Ok so i googled the sound that the fan clutch makes and its practically identical to the one my forest gump is making! Which makes me feel a hell of a lot better because i was worried it was going to be something BIG! As for the PS i need to clean the motor up so i can see where its leaking at, it dont really leak til the motor has been running and warmed up. Im so glad i found this forum and thank yall for helping.
another thing... i read up that you can remove the belt, crank the Durango and see if it still sounds like a vacuume if the noise stops you know that its the fan clutch. Has anybody tried this?
