Default No rear running lights with headlights

I have no running lights with head lights. The brake light works when I hit the breaks, and the turn signal works when I do that. But when I turn on my head lights, my left rear side comes on and my right side doesn't. When I hit my key fob button, the left side blinks and the right side does nothing. New casing, new sockets, new bulbs. Guessing it's wiring, but which one....?

Any hints or ideas? Very basic knowledge but good at figuring out, so basic language please

Thanks!

Is it just the tail lights? If so I'd guess either the bulbs are out or the connector to the tail light is loose or corroded.

I just replaced the bulbs today. Again because the turn signal flashes fast, but only sometimes like the bulb is out. I have brake lights and turn signals. Just no running lights when head lights are on.

Have you looked at the bulbs in the front of the vehicle? Are you using a 12 volt test lamp to check for power and ground at the sockets?

I actually discovered something about the flasher. It only goes fast once I apply the brakes. Like if I turn on the signal then press the brake to slow down to turn, that's when it blinks fast. Once I let off the brake, it goes back to normal flashing....

Mine does the same thing on the right blinker though I still have running lights. I also get some voltage bleed through into my back up lights when I hit the brakes so I believe it is a wiring issue. I have been round and round with the brake wiring on my D so right now I am ignoring it as I am still legal all the way around and my trailer lights are working.
