Default gas miles and 4.7

I am wondering what you get miles wise on a full tank of gas? I have a 2001 4wd and i get something over 300 miles a tank. Last yr i put spark plugs in and cleaned (tried to) the air flow sensor area. I need a new air filter i am sure, clean the sensor again and run some seafoam in gas. I want to use it in the vac lines but makes me nervous. How much does the fuel injectors being clean help? Having a shop clean them how ever they do that. Sometimes i drive it hard to "clean the carbon out" does that help? Anything else thanks

Cant comment on the 4.7. All I know is there are not really any miracles for mileage. I dont know anything about the jeep mod. Keep it maintained well and drive smart.

480?!?! I"m gonna have to check into that jeep mod, if it helps that much.

I'm getting anywhere between 295-350 miles, depending on how many highway miles I drive. I averaged 323 during 2012.

My 480 is pure highway. I don't do combined as my Durango is a 2nd spare vehicle and hardly sees use.

I want to do this also. Will any one from a GC with a 4.7 work or does it have to be a certain one? Where is it at on the jeep thanks

google jeep tcm mod as I forget the details. Something like it needs to say 1905A at the end.. I think mine was from an 05 Jeep GC.

FYI I can’t remember if these numbers were with the mechanical fan or just running only the OEM electric fan.
