Default stumble at 2000 rpm need some advice

I have a 89 wrangler that has the complete engine, harness, and pcm from 98 Durango. When you mash the gas from an idle it stumbles at 2000 rpm. If you hold it, it revs past it. If you accelerate slow it goes past it.

While driving, if you pushed the throttle till it stumbles it looses power. But if you back out a hair, it will rev past it. Seems like an ignition timing advance issue. But I am unfamiliar with the 5.9 magnum.

Thanks in advance for any help n suggestions.

Could be a TPS or maybe even an ignition problem. Do a good tuneup on it (plugs, wires, cap, and rotor).

It has realitivly new plugs an wires, I pulled cap, was pretty decent looking n dry.

Were is tps?? Pics with arrow? Any way to test it? I'm sure I could find it if I search, but figure I'd ask. I'm new to dodge n 5.9 mag.

Is there supposed to be mass air sensor? There is one on the intake, but I wasn't sure were the intake came from. I found 2 plugs that looked like they would fit, but didn't. Its tuff with a transplant like this, not sure what some of the plugs went to. Thanks again for the help.

The TPS is the one with the white connector in this picture. It's on the driver's side of the throttle body.
