Default Switching headliners

I just picked up a 1998 Durango (parts only, previous owner lost the title) this truck has the rear air system in the headliner and the overhead compartments. How hard would it be. Or what would I have to do to switch this headliner and components to my current 1999 Durango that is just a plane headliner?

There all pretty much the same... only difference is the early 98's used a different sun visor than the later 98-03's did so the holes will be different.

I got this 98 Durango that had rear air (mounted on the roof) I want to put it in my Durango that does not have rear air. What kind or problems am I facing in doing this. Will my current computer recognize the rear ac after install? I no I have to break open my ac system which is no big deal. I don't want to go thru the trouble of taking my truck apart and putting this stuff in and it not work.
