Default Hard Steering

I just replaced the gearbox, which was leaking, the power steering pump which was whining and also the steering was hard to turn. I bled the system, the steering is hard to and the pump makes noise. I replaced the pump and the condition still exists. I replaced the tensioner, the belt and the idler pulley. The ball joints upper and lower are less than a year old. The pitman arrm is good and there's no binding in the idler arm. Trying to keep the truck, but this issue may be the straw that breaks the camel's back. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It turned out to be (2) bad steering pumps from Autozone and a bad upper ball joint. The 3rd pump is installed and it's a little stiff when parking. All the pumps have side to side pulley play, 1st one leaking pump seal, 2nd bad bearing and the 3rd just the movement of the pulley. I went to the u pull it, got a pump flushed, sanded and painted it. The used pump has no pulley play at all, I just hope it works and doesn't leak. I'm just waiting until I get a moment to install it. I also got a few other parts as well, I may just keep the truck for a couple more years.
