Default Muffler Upgrade

Folks,

I have a 02 Dodge Durango SLT 5.9 Liter 4x4 and I am looking to make an upgrade to my muffler.

For starters I am no automotive or mechanical aficionado so I would not be able to engage in intense conversation about types and kinds of upgrades to go with my vehicle. I would like to replace the muffler that I have with something that sounds a little deeper and may give some additional "get up and go".

Does anyone have any suggestions or perhaps a website that they trust for parts and knowledge like this?

Magnaflow.... period.

I would even take it a step farther and install a direct fit Magnaflow cat converter.

I just did this to mine last June and its turned out to be the best money i have spent on the truck so far.

Spintech anyone? I just had one put in with a 3" y-pipe back exhaust with JBA headers and y-pipe. Absolutely love it.

Can't go wrong with Magnaflow.

I just got a cheap straight through design muffler on mine to replace the old rusted out one and it sounds so much better!

I vote MagnaFlow, one of the only straight through exhaust mufflers. Here is a picture of mine but it's a different set up then what you will need because mine has dual intake single out, but you will get the point of straight through. Nothing to ever plug.
