Exclamation need help with my brakes! please!

Ok so here it goes....i have a lifted 2001 durango 5.9l. and ive been having brake issues. after a few miles my front brakes will start to lock up to a point they will be locked up enought to where i cant move. i have replaced the master cylinder, brake booster, brake booster hose, all rubber lines, pads, rotors, drums, the porportional valve, the check valve, the pressure valve. and still having this issue. what else can i do to get rid of this annoying problem? also in order to free the wheels i have to un tighten the brake line leading to the master cylinder and fluid drains a little bit and they are free again...could i have gotten a bad master cylinder out the get go? please any other suggestions will help. im stumped and pissed and anxious all at once. thanks

+1 calipers, or you have worn groovs onto the slides that the pads ride on, grind them smooth when you replace the calipers
