That's not a band adjustment causing it to take too long to shift, that's the TV cable adjustment. All you have to do is adjust the cable where it connects to the throttle body. There should be a guide here somewhere, but you should just have to pull the retainer up, adjust it (just adjust it a bit), then go for a quick drive to see how it shifts.

I'll give this a shot, it reads for a 5.9 Ram but I assume the principle is the same for my 5.2 Durango right.
