hello, been a while since i have been on here but i need help finding the correct size on a freeze plug. I have a 5.2L and have discovered a blown out freeze plug while replacing the water pump gasket. I have been through 4 different sizes and need to make sure i get the right one. It is on the bottom passenger side of the engine block. Does anyone know what size it is for sure as I can't seem to find it in my chilton either. sigh. Need the vehicle pretty bad as my jeep broke down. Please help?

 

there are parts manuals available for download in the FAQ thread, i would suggest checking there for it.

 

Kit 381-8010 fits the 2001 ram 5.2l. Which is the same I believe as 5he durango. Got it for 17$ at oreilleys
