flush or change Transmission Fluid?

I have a 2000 durango and do I change or flush the fluid? I've never changed the fluid and the color is dark pink. It slips when it is cooled and when I turn.

Change the fluid. Do NOT flush the trans, unless you have the money for the rebuild in your pocket. Do the fluid, filter, and adjust the bands.
