So the signal indicators won't blink and the panel won't light up?

Default Durango panel lights

The turn signals blink faster than normal but all work. The green arrows on the dash will come on and stay on when the lights are turned on, they will blink when the turn signals are used. No lights in the speedometer, tach, oil, ammeter, temp, fuel.

Bud, I believe the turn signal setup is old school, blink speed is based upon the load heating a bi-metal strip/relay in the blinker module. Blinking fast would mean an excessive load, a short someplace. The signal lights on the panel coming on all the time would suggest that too. I'd look at the Factory Service Manual (FSM) for the wiring diagrams, maybe pull bulbs one at a time to try to isolate the issue.

The 98-00 trucks had an old flasher module under the dash. Newer ones might be in the CTM though, but I don't know for sure. If none of the dash lights are coming on, I'd start looking for fuses and then the headlight switch.

JeeperDon. I will start down that path and see if that works. Thanks for your advice I had a 99 Durango, and I loved it, I just got this 2002 and it is real nice, just a few issues.
I'll be getting a service manual.
Bud

There are some FSM pdfs in the diy/faq thread of the Durango section.
