To be fair OBDI knock sensors are nowhere near as sensitive as OBDII. I think Dodge left them off because the 5.2/5.9 were such old motors, no sense in redesigning the wheel?

GM put them on motors that were even older designs...... Dodge just goofed on that particular decision.
