This is awesome. You don't really see people putting this kind of effort into old Durangos. They just end up in salvage yards rusting out. I feel lucky to live where I do and we don't have rust issues here. If so, I probably wouldn't have my Durango because of all the body work it would require

I have been waiting for the chain tensioner, otherwise I would be finished with the engine
I wanted the chain tensioner, is super cheap
cost only one double short+tip on Rockauto.com

That looks slick. I see you heat wrapped the Y pipe. Are you going to wrap the headers too?

This was going great, excellent work and decisions, until this! I'm hugely not a fan of body lifts! They are ugly and a poor mans work around to a proper suspension lift. If you want tall and big tires, switch to a solid axle in front and SOA in the rear.

What are your plans for getting the fan shroud (attached to body) lined back up with the fan on the motor (attached to frame)? You'll need to extend the transfer case shifter also.
