Things most people don't take into consideration with body lifts. Also brake lines, radiator hoses, fuel filler neck, maybe transmission shift cable, some wiring, rear A/C lines. There's a lot that goes into it.

To each their own, it's his build it should be how he likes it but I'm with you here. I wish it was all suspension and no body lift. Especially since it's down to the frame, wouldn't be hard to fab up and slap a Dana 44 under there before recoating the frame. Still an awesome build though.

yes, you are all right. Some things are about to change.
I'll look at the "Fan/Radiator" tomorrow in particular and then decide what i do
The other things ( brake lines, fuel filler neck, transmission shift cable and steering shaft, behind AC ) do not cause big problems ... Thanks for the suggestion.....
is still early enough

You can go electric on the fan if you want. I don't know what vehicles you have that would have a similar fan shroud size where you're at. We use the early to mid 90s Ford Taurus electric fan all the time over here. It's not as tall as our radiator but it's the same width

Thank´s you help me a lot !

but I would prefer to solve the mechanic by completely rebuilding the radiator

is not a problem for me,
do not worry, I'm going to make it
I have already (self)built vehicles completely, here one picture from my selfmade "Panther" :-) only just4fun
it was once a suzuki Vitara

Looks awesome! Just incase you don't know, 2000-2003 Durango radiators are actually down in the core support area instead of being behind the core support. It might be a little easier to fab a shroud from that radiator. I actually put a Griffin full aluminum Radiator in mine. But I put it back in the factory spot as my 98, but it would also fit inside the core support area. Just some ideas! Give me some time and I'll post a link to my radiator thread.

There are some volvo fans (forget which, but one of the 80s/90s boxy ones) that have the same dual speed motor as the taurus fan, but with a bit bigger shroud. I grabbed one of those at a junkyard before.

fan was not a problem. Cover simply set lower.
At the top, where the ribs are free, there is another cover.
Cooling hoses no problem.
