Default Front end grinding

Ok. So my tie rod end cv axle and bearing hub assembly is replaced first Thing I did was the hub assembly. The grinding noise came back shortly after. Popped off my diff case and filled with fresh gear oil and it stopped for a while then came back. I'm at a loss HELP. Its intermittent which is confusing.driver side.

How do the CV joints look? Are they original still?? Also, what are you driving?

Oh, a bad part right out of the box???? That never happens......

Did you torque the axle nut to spec? I think its' something truly stupid, like 185 ft/lbs......

That's a pretty critical spec though. That nut, and the axle, are what holds the bearings together. Too much, or not enough, and the bearing life will be shortened dramatically. Should be able to rent a torque wrench from you local parts store.....
