I still have to change the front gear ratio, and when I pop it open I hope there won’t be any surprises.
anyway the rear ended cost me something like $500 bucks including royal purple gear oil, ring/pinion, and bearings. It took a few days since I had never done it but I think I could do one in a day now. Part of a clutch pack. A small fraction of the flakes I collected Progress Wonder how long I drove around like this
WOW I think you were lucky. You could have ended up like how my rear was when I bought it. I had to trailer mine home.

If you look you can see the Pinion gear NOT in the right spot. I already have a new to me axle installed. Now just finishing up everything. I have 3.98 gears in mine.
