My 00 durango quit having any power after I drove it, parked it. thought I set locks, returned and found my fob did nothing, car not locked, and wouldn't start, no power at all. The lot I drove through had 3 speed bumps that are pretty sharp. I am wondering if they knocked the battery loose or the ground or ? If I re-tighten the battery, where's the ground strap? will all the electronics work OK after this? It's in a parking lot where it died last night and I'm going back to see if that is the problem before having it towed. Any advice?

 

Check the battery cables. Both ends. See what ya get.
