Default Does the 5.9 have dual intake?

I have a 2003 Durango, initially it was the 4.7 but one of the previous owners (I'm the fifth) swapped for the 5.9. Another owner installed a dual intake which it hardly has room for. My question is if durango's sold initially with the 5.9 also had a dual intake because there's just no room for it in my engine bay. Btw, the belt configuration, ac, and alternator are still in the 4.7 configuration so not sure if that will change anything but it won't free up enough space for a second air box. It's a real mess under the hood at the moment, I'm trying to clean it up get it back to normal.

I think the intake is aftermarket.

That's a really cheap looking hot air intake.

that is 100% an aftermarket intake, also that is 100% a 4.7l engine that it is installed on, the TB on the back of the engine comes out closer to horizontal, the 5.9s had the TB pointing straight to the sky.

the factory setup was using the airbox located on the passenger side (the filter is jammed into the bottom half of it by the looks of that picture)
