Default O2 sensor information

With the last clusterf#@c I went through with the engine sensors I am now looking at the dreaded exhaust manifold leak. I'm contiplating a complete replacement of the exhaust manifolds, bolts, heat shields, a magnaflow Y pipe and new O2 sensors. I"m not going OEM for the Y pipe because I can't get it anywhere else and the magnaflow piece is the only full stainless steel one I can find. So, the question is how sensitive is this thing going to be with the O2 sensors? Can I get away with Bosch or Delphi or should I just eat that too and get the OEM sensors? Anyone who has changed them have an opinion?

NTK and Denso were both OEM manufacturers. Stay away from Bosch.

I just purchased a pair of Denso sensors last night on Amazon for roughly 24 bucks apiece (Dealer quoted me $134 apiece for Mopar). Didn't really need them as the truck is running fine, no codes.... just wanted to see if they'd make a difference on gas mileage. The originals do have over 316K mi on em.

Amazon Amazon

They do but for some reason their 02's don't hold up.

It's not that the parts are 'bad', Dodges just don't seem to play nice with 'em. Of course, Dodges seem to be MUCH more picky about their sensors than any other brand I have worked on.....

I'm beginning to realize that.... kind of sucks to be honest.
