Unfortunately these TB vehicles are new to me as far as Performance my only experience is with "Tuners"not any hard parts I have a 03 5.9 and wondering how feasible it is to change from the TB to Intake and Carb? I know that the 5.9 Magnum are out dated and venders that I can locate are either no longer producing them.
I can see where there are things that would need changed just wondering if the ECM would still work with all the other components ?

You are way better off learning fuel injection systems rather than removing them. I was you once, back when carbs were all there was. FI is a whole lot nicer.

 

Gotta agree with this sentiment. On your truck, EVERYTHING is controlled by computers. Eliminating/bypassing/working around them would be incredibly difficult.
