Default Going NUTS

Hello newbie here my D is a 1999 slt 5.2 with a 46re tranny out of a 1997 ram 1500 Laramie. I recently swapped out the OEM radio for a aftermarket radio and needless to say it started smoking so I ripped it out of the dash before it could make any more problems. After said destruction of radio the car was acting fine until about a couple months ago it just started shutting off randomly on me I'll sit there have to wait an hour and a half and then it would start up again well just a couple weeks ago it died again and now I was not wanting to start. It's throwing no bus code 920, 921 950, 999 also with a PO500 and 025 po462,sci $FF CCD$20. I've hooked my odv2 scanner up to it and it says no freeze frame powertrain DTCs or code or codes currently stored in vehicle computer. I'm at a loss I couldn't start it so I had to jump the starter to the battery but it still runs if I do it that way instead of key start and I put another radio into it and it was working fine for a little bit until it start messing up my brake lights my headlights and windshield wipers so I took that out so it wouldn't mess the good one up.

Correct I had to install a push button start saying on it and jump it straight to the battery. I've done some research and everything is leading back to the PCM and relating to meeting a flash but when I research the flash I have trouble finding the calibration program or a flash program for the 99.

PCM has nothing to do with it. It doesn't control the starter relay. That circuit just has a couple safeties built in. Clutch switch, if you have a manual trans, (which is jumpered if you have an auto) and the neutral safety switch on the trans, if you have an automatic. Truck should only engage the starter in park, or neutral. That switch is where I would start. It might be as simple as replacing some bushings in your shift linkage, or, might be a bad switch.
