Default P0300 and Injector A Circuit failures on all 8 cylindars

2000 Durango 4.7 V4x4 SLT
220,000 mi.
Throwing lots of codes:
Durango Codes; taken 1/26/24
- P0141 O2 Sensor Heater circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
- P0138 O2 Sensor High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
- P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
- P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected
- P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
- P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
- P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
- P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected
- P0208 Cylinder 8 Injector A Circuit
- P0207 Cylinder 7 Injector A Circuit
- P0206 Cylinder 6 Injector A Circuit
- P0205 Cylinder 5 Injector A Circuit
- P0204 Cylinder 4 Injector A Circuit
- P0201 Cylinder 1 Injector A Circuit
- P0202 Cylinder 2 Injector A Circuit
- P0203 Cylinder 3 Injector A Circuit
So, it seems to me that these might be all caused by an upstream component causing all the injectors to fail. Can anyone confirm this and help me diagnose what my real problem is?

Does the engine run??? If it does, I would clear codes, and see what happens.

HeyYou,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, the engine does run. I cleared the codes... the P0138 returned, the P0141 returned briefly, and now a P0155 has joined the party. All the others have stayed gone.
I was out of town for about a month and couldn't look into it, so sorry about the delayed reply.
Any more good advice?
Thanks again,

The last two are heater circuit codes. (for the O2 sensors.) Make sure you are getting power TO the sensors on that circuit..... I don't recall where the ground is for those though. Do you have wiring diagrams? For the first one, best bet would be to plug in with a scanner, and see what voltage is reported, and if it changes at all. (engine has to be in closed loop for it to be meaningful, I.E. some semblance of operating temp.)

Nope, no wiring diagrams. What are my chances of solving the problem by replacing the O2 sensors? And no scanner. Just an OBD2 reader and hand tools.

If the sensors are original, it wouldn't hurt to change 'em.

Should have wiring diagrams here.
