dodge transmition swap

I have a 1999 dodge durango with a rebuilt transmition 360 motor whats the chance that tranny would fit and work in a 1995 3/4 ton pickup 360 engine? Thank you

None. The 99 trans is electronically controlled. The 95 PCM has no idea what to do with it.
