Well, the demand for aftermarket performance parts is probably falling off dramatically. It isn't like the 'old days', where you could throw better heads, and a cam at an engine, and just install larger jets in the carb........

@HeyYou are you the same account I see in all the old threads? Anyways, I trying to get a hold of a slip in band. I see that your account mentioned a site last year transmissioncenter.net but that domain is down. Any help on where else to get a slip in band or any info on better quality between slip in bands? I have seen 2 mention they are slip in and kevlar but no one online seems to have stock.

dial up transstar. even if they don't have it in stock (did you check their transend catalog?) they can help look around. had a hard time finding the right converter for my trans when I went through it 2 years ago and they were able to track it down (under a jeep application it turned out).
