Default Upper control arm bushings

Hopefully someone can help, I have a 02 Durango 2wd and I need to replace the two upper control arm bushings, what I am trying to find out is whether there machine pressed in & out. I called three different stealerships and one said yes they need to be machine pressed, the other said no & the other said, "not a clue". The stealership wanted to charge me $960.00 to do it and front shocks(not including an alignment). I figured I might be able to do it cheaper. Does anyone know?

Thanks

You can get a tie rod separator, stick it in between them and smack it with a mallet. They will separate. Look on E-bay because you can usually fine the replacement parts for cheap. You should replace the whole thing not just the bushings.
