Default 3rd row seat install?

I bought my 99 durango awhile back and we are having a baby next month and I'd like to get a 3rd row seat for more space for my kids. I know there are some aftermarket seats available, but can I simply buy a 3rd row seat from another durango and simply bolt down? Is there anything that I need to know before I call the junk yard looking for seats?
Thanks

Just do the junkyard as for seatbelts I would get the paneling for them at the junkyard and buy seatbelts for all the back seats from a 01-03 Durango the 98-00 models the seatbelts won't lock in an accident.

Sorry I'm a little slow.....but...
1- buy 3rd row seat from junkyard (Does the 2 seat durango have the reenforced body pan set for bolting down the seat?)
2- buy read interior side panels 98-00 from junkyard
3- buy read seatbelts from 01-03
Thanks again

Not a problem the thrid row was an extra option on the D's like you know and the only thing you would have to do is pull out the cover to the extra storage area. The molding for the third row seatbelts would have to be from a 98-00 D since DC redesigned the interior of the D in 01 and on models. With the redesign they confronted the seatbelt issue (which shouldn't have been an issue ) with locking seatblets...

The seatbelts on the 3rd seat on my R/T seems to be night and tight as I always use them to hold down the kid's booster seats. But then again, I never been in a accident situation to really know if the belts on the 3rd seat will hold and don't want to find out.

Also keep an eye on ebay for a seat. They have them there regularly.

It should be ok to use them until the kids are out of the booster just as long as you use those seatbelt locking clips but give it a good yank and you'll see they don't lock up like the fronts...

If that is the case, it should be a easy fix as the lockup thingy on the seatbelt is adjustable. I had to readjust them for my fronts as they were locking up often when they were not suppose to.

Tell me how that goes Ken because I'd much rather do that than actually buy new ones if I can. I imagine they would be a couple hundred for 4 belts and nobody wants to spend that on something that won't make you go faster.
