Flush the entire system and refill. If you just flush the heater core it's going to get clogged up again with the junk in your cooling system if it hasn't been flushed as well.

I am the guy that can flush a heater core in 15 minutes.

This post is a great help, if ever my car will have that problem, at least I know what to do. Will thesetup be the samewith a Mercedes heater core? Someone just wanna ask...

The setup is pretty much the same on all cars.
