not sure about the 4 wheel drive light

As for the oil. look into the Trottle body with a flash light and see is you can see any oil down in the intake. The beer keg style intake your running has had problems with gasket leaks on the bottom of the intake. If the inside bottom of the intake is coated with oil the gasket is most likely bad. This is where you should start first.

The 4 whhel drive service light for my 2 wheel drive vehicle is caused by the AC contraller switch. Pretty good design there huh. Dodge won't cover the repair. Cost is about 250 for the part and 2 hours labor.

But like he said he has the R/T which has All Wheel Drive.

It could be a wheel sensor.

Bad 0 RT:
If that happened to my 01, I would be inclined to cycle the dash trasfer case switch through all of its positions in hopes that a sensor in that realm was dirty, or maybe something just needs to be properly seated.
I do not think it could hurt, and it might cure the issue.

You might also try a battery disconnect reset to see if one of the many computers has gotten a glitch.

Your t-stat is probably stuck open. It will run very cool especially on the freeway like that.
