question for those with lifted rangos
ok guys i have an 03 sxt 4x4 with the 4.7, im looking for 3-6" of lift, all the lifts i find are listed up to the '99 or the '02, i know this may be a stupid question, but is there a difference? i mean they are all first gens, will a lift that for a 98-99 fit my 03?
also what lifts (manfactuer and size) do you all have, what size tires are you running, and where did you get it?
thanks guys,
Chris

2 inch tosrion shackle lift, and 3 inch body lift. You'll be able to run 33's which will also give you about an inch of lift.
The question was asked a few weeks ago if there was a difference between 02 and 03 Durango, and I'm not sure if we ever came to a conclusion on it. I personally dont think they made any changes in '03 because they did a dramatic re-style for 04. I dont think DC would waste time and more inportantly money, redeisigning a body style they were getting rid of.

yeah under 2k for a true suspension lift isn't that bad, IMO
I've found several options online, ranging for 3" to 6"
i already know which one i want, i wanted to see who had what, and see how popular each one was
and i wanted to see if anyone had fitted a lift for '98-'99 on any other gen1 year not mentioned with the product

ok so after more research im leaning towards the more cost effective t/s lift
my only concern is, can the stock front shocks handle a 2" pre-extention?
also if i wanted to get a big $ lift later on, could that be used in conjunction with the t/s lift?
edit: just took a glance at my rear shackles, and they look like they are cracking and the bushings are f-ed to hell, so i think the t/s lift should be a good move for me as ill be replacing bad parts
edit2: which set should i go with
