Ok so i got the shackles but they say lowering kit? did i get the wrong thing or does it matter?

i think the shackle lift for the durango is a drop kit for the s-10 or ranger

As mentioned above the shackle design on the durango raises and lowers on a chebby.

The belltech 6400 was designed to lower chevy1500/ram1500/ford f150. It works for us because it supports a 2.5" wide leaf and accomidates 2" or less of adjustment.

The durango was designed with S shaped leafs for a more comfortable ride and less wheel hop with the shackles hanging down


The chevy (and 80% of other p/u) were designed to have the shackle prone up

I wonder if any of the OEM Chevy shackle is longer in length than the OEM Durango? I want to find a shackle that is more durable than the belltech 6400 shackle because I tow SO much weight and the side to side action could twist the Belltech's. I REALLY want some OEM shackles that are longer?
