Default Fiberglass fenders

I foundfiberglass fenders(with vent holes)at a shop near by me that has a set for $125! Good deal? bad deal? Further more, How hard are they to put on? Iremember taking one of mine off for some reason andIIRC its hard to find all the bolts!(it was a long time ago) So anyone know?

Im pretty sure the vents are like this (but on a neon)

yea fiberglass is very weak but if you take care of yourcar go ahead.also on mine i just had to drill the holes were the mounting bolts go.thats if yours is the same tho? also a good hint if the vents arent real you can cut em out.just be careful

thats a good deal I paid like 250 for my Z3's shipped. the only problem I had was that lip where the hood closes was molded wrong and cracked when close the hood. But no biggie I just remolded it and no more problems.

I would just go with some metal fenders just for durablity reasons but if you can put them on carefully then more power to ya. Great deal tho, for any fenders.

Well the lady that told me about them quoted me 50 bux less than they really are, So there 175 but im still gunna get them, As far as a better paint job on metal vs fiberglass... my whole car is spraypainted so im not too worried about it!

I had fiber glass fenders on my one neon and they came out pretty with the paint but after about 2 years the paint started cracking. But i think that was my fault with the paint cracking.
