Actually I do have another question....do I need a new ECU when I do the engine swap or can I just use my current one?

You can use your stock pcm. It will be fine with the 2.4

You need a DOHC PCM.

I currently have 2.0 Cam Gears that I had bought previously....Will I be able to use them with the 2.4 engine? I also have a underdrivepulley, can I use that as well?

I believe you can use the UDP, but not the cam gears.

So why would 2.0 Cams fit but not the Cam Gears? Also, if I bought an SRT 4 valve cover, would it fit on the 2.4 Stratus engine?

OK, if you are using 2.0 cams then yes.
