Default Might be leaving the family

Well guys Ive been ebaying, and watching videos and stuff, and As of lately it makes mereallly want an SRT4. Now that i have two neons, Im sure i can sell one (to pay off my transmission loans) And be "out of debt" And possibly get a car loan for aSRT4. I qouted my insurance rate on Esurance and its like 240 a month. This may just be a fase like it was the other night when I was watching SRT4 videos, but I dunno. I know, I know, I can do a swap and ill be just as fast if not faster... but that takes alot of time and work. Plus my two 95 bodies probably wouldnt last as long as a 2003 body would. So Someone slap some sence into me and tell me its a bad idea!

ok so.....
-$240 is alot of money for insurance for one car.....i pay $550 a month, but thats for full coverage on 3 cars and liability on 2....
-srt4's just suck
-not only that but alot of the drivers are very arrogant and ignorant
-this may just be my own opinion, but i think there is alot more satisfaction in making a car fast instead of just buying one
-i feel the same way though after watching videos of srt4's.....but then i think of how much better my car will be
-people know that srt4's are fast.....but dont expect it out of a regular old neon
-you dont have to do a whole srt4 engine swap to make a 1st gen faster....just throw in the srt4 turbo and even do a cheap bottom end rubuild and run 8psi.....i raced 3 srt4's before my motor went out...2 were slightly above stock and 1 had a stage 1 upgrade....i got the 2 without a problem and the stage 1 was able to keep up, but not by much

i guess i cant say too much though since i plan on selling my work car and getting a 99 s-10[&:]

well i had exactly the same problem about 2 years ago......i had got a job and was saving up money but didnt have something to save for.....so as it was that i have a neon and love it i figured that i would also love the srt....plus i also noticed it was fast on streetfire.....but once i started looking for one i realized that they were harder to find than i thought.......so naturally i figured that i would do a swap if i couldnt get the whole car.....well after going to the mopar nationals last year and speaking to the creator of muscle car tv.. i changed my mind again......i was going to buy old school.....for5 reasons.....one that 440 is faster than the srt.....2 it will grow in value.....3 it looks mean and sounds mean....4 its rwd......5 i can build it farther than a srt.....6 it gets more attention.......7 no one else around has one.....8 it makes me feel warm and fuzzy
