dohc swap isnt too hard
you need pcm, passenger side motor mount plate, head, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, egr tube, and a few other things

 

Corrected 95-05 neons...there were no 94 neons.

 

yea i know there weren't any 94 model years, but what i meant was like even the ones made in 94 were 16v

You have a 16 valve SOHC fuel injected engine...engine code ECB.

 

if its a stok motor in a neon then its a 16 valve
