i hooked my woofers in and they are on but they are making a buzzing noise anybody know the problem

 

just might be blown

 

or set too high and on the verge of blowing

 

did you run your RCA and power wires side by side?

 

refresh me what are the rca wires?

 

they will look something like this.

 

Is the buzzing noise more like a whinning noise...that changes with the engine? If that's the case you need a better ground connection to amp. Do the subs still bump when you turn them up.? You really have'nt told us much...

Also I have never heard "on the verge of blowing" a voice coil is either good, or it's not.If it scratches when you press on the woofer, it's no good.
