Ok, here is what I had to splice do for mine from a 98 onto a 97:

Alternator plug
VSS
Fuel injectors
MAP sensor
CTS
brown starter wire
TPS


Btw, does anyone have an extra PDC laying around? I think that is what the problem is on the neon, my dad is comming on thursday and I am hoping he will confirm that. Thanks!!

just the pdc, or the engine harness that goes to it???

Just the PDC and all the relays with it, dosnt have to be all of them though.

i have 4 of them, but if you dont need the wires then you have to do alot of swapping or splicing

Wait, what do you mean by wires? I need the PDC and the plugs comming out of it, basicalaly the removal of it without cutting anything is what I need lol.

ok let me ge this straight....
you need the pdc with the fuses and such....well, the engine harness plugs connect underneath of it, but comming out the side is all the wires for the engine compartment
