Wow, this still sounds just like my problem. I have done everything you have, including the pcm[:@] That is why I am thinking it is the pdc, I am getting enough fuel to power a damn 426 for a week[:@]

the fuel pump fuse being blown will stop the fuel pump and will cut off the pcm.....and the obdII port wont work(since the pcm is cut off)
i had a no spark problem, but it only ended up being the engine harness
if your horn works, then use that relay in the asd relay spot....that way you now you are using one that work

The fuel pump fuse being out wouldn't keep you from getting spark.

Only the center terminal on the coil pack should have +12v power and that will be timed out by the ASD system and turn off if the PCM doesn’t sense that the engine is running within a couple of seconds. The outer two coil pack pins are pulse switched to ground by the PCM to create spark.
Check the fuel pump fuse the ASD relay (swap it for the horn relay) .
Also if you use a reader to read the P engine codes it will give more information than the dodge 2 digit codes.

Well here an update, We use the horn relay to see if it would work, and nothing. We checked and replaced all relays, and nothing. We checked all fuses, and nothing. We put a test light on the plug that connects to the coilpack and still getting nothing on 2 of the 4 prongs. WTF[:@] We are still confused on what is going on.[>:]
