Default Speedo Fuse Keeps Blowing

Recently I had put in a new headunit in my 1998 neon, which didnt work. I realized that it had blown a fuse under the hood. I replaced that and then the radio worked fine...but now the fuse for the speedo illumination (#12 I think), interior fuse box, blows whenever I turn the lights on. It's the 4amp fuse. Anyone know why? How I can fix it?

Thanks.

Fuses blowing means you have a short (exposed wire) or a bad ground somewhere.
