Default Help quick im stumped!!

Ok this is my second neon and its buggin me trying to fix it. Well First the things i have replaced or changed.
Cam sensor
Spark plugs and wires
Blocked off EGR
I pulled the throttlebody off and cleaned it up real nice.

Ok So Here is the problem now.
It sucks funny through the IAC motor hole, kinda like its choking.
It sometimes wont want to idle i give it gas and it goes for a bit.
Sometimes when it doesnt want toidle and im driving (intown)i have to give it Full throttle to get it to move. And it MOVES when i do.
I havent found a pattern to the Missfire/bad idle.
I have too many options to go out and fix them all. So anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

Crank sensor? IAC? TPS? Clogged cat? Fuel pump/filter?

If anyone has ANY idea help me out asap! i need to get her in working condition for the morning drive to work!

Just a thought, but try disconnecting your vacuum lines. Make sure the vacuum line from the canister to the fuel tank is unhooked too (It's going to be near the passenger side fender well across from your alternator.). Plug the vacuum inlet on the throttle body with a buddy's finger and start her up. If it idles smoother then, the charcoal canister could be clogged and causing some fuel starvation issues at lower revs.
Could be a lot of stuff really, but that just came to mind.

IMO, I would start with the IAC, if that doesnt do it, try the TPS

TCC selinoid, and bad O2. the only codes, We swapped out a different IAC sucked/choked air differently, but still wouldnt work right, In the throttle body it sounded like if you were to letmore air go through the IAC port it would work better but cant get it to work. And after i got it all changed out and gave up for the day it wouldnt hold an idle at all. So i made a duct tape spacer for now and it holds at about 1000rmp. drives fine .

might just be leaking out of the donut gasket......or 1 or more of the exhaust manifold bolts are broken/missing
