first of all thanks for anyone who can help,

i just bought a 95 neon and it runs good i was on my way home a little while ago and it got weird i lost the radio the turn signols, the wipers, and the airconditionar. Headlights and over head lights and speedo are still working. Im lost looking for an idea

sounds like you may have a shorted wire but first things first check them fuses

 

ya fuses looked good is there anything else that could take out all that a relay maybee

 

also can anyone give me anytips for troubleshooting this im kinda new to this

Ya I know there is one fuse in the box inside the car that controls a lot of what you said went out. As others have said, look at them fuses.

 

update:
well its gotta be a short stuff came back on its own oh well the fun continues

 

new update i think ive figured out whats wrong if i turn the key to before the engine turns everything is good.once i turn it all the way the things stop if i turn it back a little the engine still runs and everything turns back on. i know somthings wrong with the ignition any idea what i need to change? or has anyone ever heard of this before?
