idk about hp but take your system out if you want theupper hand but if yours is less lbs then his system it should be ok. a civic is a civic i don't realy belive that it would have a good amount of tq. i say race him and find out how good a 93 civic is

so yeah i dont know what the problem is but yesterday aftera few burnouts
when i went to go from a stand still it fell like my tranny fell out and i had no power it like surged up then started again if that happens when raceing him i would be sad.. andNo i wasnt doing the E brake burnouts
this little4 bangerspins tires pretty good
impressed a few people then the guy in the accord was to afraid to do them hahaha i think everyone in the honda world fears usi always hear a honda owner talk about how fast neons are except of course the guy im talking about that has a 93 he says america should stick with american muscle not domestics (or watever the neon is called) but he thinks his honda is really fast im not saying it isnt but i dont know till i race it
