wrx sti ain't **** I busted one that started messing with me. Come flying up on me then pulls in front of me and slows down. So the next light I get beside him and he revs his engine. Light turns green and he gets a bumper length ahead and that is it and that was only because he has all wheel drive after that was nothing but him in my rearview. At the next light he has some excuse so I bust his a$$ again and this time it was all me. Pi$$ on a sti

FWD beating an AWD?? IDK, I mean he does weigh a hell of alot more than a 1gn, but I drive my buddys STI all the time and let me tell you after the little bit of lag, that thing f*ckin hauls A$$. I think I want to call BS on this. Simpy from driving an STI, and also being in a Stage 2 SRT. I know their not the same but I just dont see a FWD car beating a AWD at a light.[>:]

i dont remember if i posted this a while ago but about a month a go i went out with another mustang club and drove around a new rousch mustang all nite... long long story short.. me and the cobras i was with beat every car in site from turbo rsx's to comaro's and other mustangs. we did have one sti try us but he didnt have anything on us. also on another note i had drove my friends turbo mx6 and that thing hauls ***!! we put the motor in it early this year and the turbo has no lag and tons and tons of torque. and with a stage 4 clutchmasters its a wild ride if you arent used to it

All the weight reduction? Then how the hell do you hook up then? I know the neon is really light stock, so if you reduced it even more, you must be spinning the hell out of the tires.. The STI would just chirp a little and be gone while your sitting there spinning. Im not saying that you cant beat an STI (on the highway), but I am saying that you cant beat an STI at a light. Esp after what you said you've done to your ride.
So what your saying is that your Neon can beat an STI, that means it can beat an EVO, SRT4, Cobalt SS, Mustang GTand all the other sport cars out there. Dam!!!
