SHOC or DHOC for cold air intake
i have no idea what either of those are. But my friend recommended i purchase a cold air intake to give me more horse power and better fuel milage.
Now i dont want to go spend a lot of money on this then find out i got the less ideal type. So what should i get a SHOC or a DHOC ?
Thanks,

it is a SOHC or DOHC....
if your getting a cold air intake then most of the time it really doesnt matter what engine you get it for....but it depends on what you have

CAI for the neon isn't affected by engine type (If you've got an ATX and an Iceman, you have to cut the tube)
In addition to intake manifold, your snorkel should say SOHC or DOHC on it. You may check your valve cover as well, or match it up based on the VIN. DOHC's usually have the bulge hood as well.
