spraying a motor down with it running is taking a good chance on cracking any of the metal. Hot steel and cold water or just water is not a good combination.

engine degreaser is bad onelectronics of all sorts. Just as well as cleaners like brake clean and foamy engine bright. the only way to really know what is going on is to scan the car for codes. befor doing that take the possitive and negative cables off, touch them together for 10 seconds and reconnect. if the engine starts and then runs for a short time, then dies. it is an information sensor. if it wont start at all then it is something like an injector or vital engine component. Trully in the end having the comp. scanned is the best way to go. it will give u a much more accurate lead to go on. good luck!

the ignition wires are the ones coming from you ignition coil mounted on your valve cover, to you spark plugs.
