Thats the same one that was rusted on mine! Mine blew about 12 inches before it connects into the soft line for the wheel and I replaced it up to about the dash.

Yep same spot. What happen was someone told me one of my reverse lights was out.Soi went down to my garage to get a spare one i have and put the car in reverse and pulled the ebrake and when i did it blew the line about 12 inches from that rubber hose also.
