as far as i know it was only the springs and retainers that needed to be changed......as for the PT you would be talking about the lash adjusters.....dont think you NEED them, but who knows

ok well hopefully i dont need anything else, hey real quick another ques....between howell and modern if u look at there cam pages, and compare the specs both sites list for the same # cam, like 10-14crane, the duration, advance, and lift tend to be diff...is one of them retarted or what, just wonderin why the specs are diff if its the same cam just different person selling, cause i dont know who to buy from on this one

If you buy it from howell it might take a month or more to get to you. But from modern, 4 days tops (for me at least)

PT is a DOHC engiene...can't use the stronger valvetrain on the SOHC engine.

u cant use any dohc parts on a sohc so thats the end of that. as for what u need to run the crane 14 on ur sohc.............. well some guys run the magnum springs but i wouldnt trust them if ur rev happy like me. ive got the 14 in my single cam and love it. the only thing u need is springs, i ive got the crane sohc springs and thats what i recoment u get. they are only like 130.00 and u dont need the titanium retainers either u can use the stock ones. u may want to get some supporting mods (i dont know what u already have) especially an after market computer to take advantage of the high revving power band u will have though.
