Is there anything out there that I can limit the speed on my sons 96 neon?

could try and figure out a way to put a stopper behind the butterfly on the throttle body that way it will only open so far

 

i mean im not trying to be a ***** here but its a neon.. not a viper i wouldnt be too concerned

 

haha i agree. plus if you cant trust your son to drive like he should without getting to crazy do you want him on the road? im sure your son is smart enough to not get himself introuble. my dad got me a neon for that reason. they arent the fastest car built =] unless you make them.

personaly i think that its somewhat unsafe to have a slow car. sometimes you have to speed up quickly to avoid an accidents

 

im going to be a ***** if your kid dose not like that you don't trust him he will just borow acar from a friend and speed the same if not worse
