how do u get to the tweeters int the dashboard so you can replace them. do u have to take the dash out

 

All youve got to do is pull up on the top piece of the dash, no tools required. It is just clips like on the radio faceplate.

 

you will need a shorty philps screwdrive to get the speakers out

 

o ok thanks. and will just any tweeters fit in that spot

 

you need 1 inch or youll have to do some work on your dash, like i had to do for my 3 inch .

 

I used a plastic piece that got from wal-mart out the sewing department and made it where it would mount from under the hole from where the oem speaker came from. I took the metal clamps and put them on the plastic pieces that I made.

 

i prollywont understand it til i look at it. but ill definently figure something out cuz im good at modifying things.

 

but you seriously came on here and asked how to get the dash out? buy a hanes manual!

 

i have a haynes manual. and im not askin how to take the dash out. read.

 

i did read and everything you asked is either obvious or in the haynes manual!
